Tradition cannot be inherited, but must be conquered with great effort. And this conquest proves to have been achieved in the Montefalco Rosso DOC of the Rocca di Fabbri winery. It ferments in contact with the skins for 15 days, ages 8 months in steel and a year in oak barrels, to conclude with a period of refinement in the bottle. It has a good aging capacity and is ideal to accompany the complete menus of the land cuisine.
Tasting Notes
It shows a beautiful deep ruby red in the glass. Fruity on the nose, with hints of berries and dark pulp fruit. In tasting it is structured and harmonious, rightly tannic and characterized by an excellent persistence.
Pairings
It goes perfectly with land cuisine, with red meats or game, but also with robust first courses. Excellent with norcina spaghetti.
