Grechetto di Salviano is produced with Grechetto di Todi grapes, an ancient native grape from the lands surrounding the medieval village of Todi. In compliance with almost perfect natural conditions, the work is carried out in a sustainable way in the vineyard. Once carefully selected and harvested, the grapes are transported to the cellar dug into the tuff, where the vinification in purity begins. In order to preserve the freshness and acidity typical of this vine, the refinement phase takes place exclusively in steel tanks, to then be completed directly in the bottle.
