The Soave you expect. Produced exclusively with Garganega grapes, the most elegant of the typical Veronese vines, the "Sereole" comes from the vineyard of the same name. It is a real "cru" between the municipalities of Soave and Monteforte d'Alpone, a place where the characteristics of the soil enrich and enhance the typical varietal notes of the grape. Bertani's Soave DOC “Sereole” is an elegant, soft and very fresh wine. A very pleasant tasting, which fits well both in the tradition of Bertani wines and among the best bottles of Soave.
Intense straw yellow in color, it has a persuasive nose, rich in fruity notes of citrus and white flowers. Mouth enveloping and complex, slightly mineral.
Excellent as an aperitif and in combination with vegetarian dishes.
