The first Altemasi label created in 1993, the spearhead of the winery. It remains on the lees for more than 60 months and is a very limited production obtained from grapes of the best vintages. The name is inspired by the ancient legend of the Holy Grail, from medieval Latin gradalis “Chalice cup” which is well suited to represent its pleasantness in the mouth, enhancing its complex aromas.
