This Primitivo di Manduria PDO wine from the Cosimo Varvaglione Private Collection comes from a careful manual selection of each single bunch on old vines cultivated with sapling according to the ancient family tradition. An elegant wine, which maintains the characteristics of its territory intact. The fermentation is carried out in steel and the subsequent maturation of 14 months in small French and American oak barrels, to then continue the slow refinement in the bottle. A great red that illustrates the potential of one of the region's iconic varieties.
