Prunotto tells, through its own labels, the history and uniqueness of these lands, expressing the thousand nuances that each small plot of vineyard can tell. A continuous challenge, between tradition and innovation, to show the characteristics of a unique terroir through indigenous and non-native varietals.
A traditional Barbera, with great freshness and drinkability, from vineyards characterized by clayey and sandy soils. A wine with great balance and pleasantness.
Tasting Notes
Prunotto's Barbera D'Alba has a ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose is vinous, with fresh floral hints of rose that combine with sensations of ripe fruit and spicy notes. On the palate it is full and harmonious.
Pairings
For the whole meal, given its versatility and roundness, it goes well with a wide variety of dishes, for example fried or boiled meat typical of the Piedmontese tradition.
