Fine and vibrant, Taittinger's Rosé comes from a careful blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir to which a small percentage, about 15%, of red wine from the Maison's best crus is added. A Champagne that today stands out for its harmony and that will be able to give great emotions even after many years. A Cuvée as delicate as it is expressive, rich in detail and depth, in the best Taittinger style.
Tasting Notes
Coral pink, with a strong and persistent perlage. The nose reveals beautiful notes of small red fruits, cherry, raspberry, wild strawberry, and freshly baked bread crust. On the palate it is fresh, slightly vinous, persuasive and harmonious, characterized by a finish of rare length.
Pairings
Also as an aperitif, it goes well with savory pies and typical vegetarian dishes.
