The Fiano Campania Igp Tredaniele is the result of the selection of the best grapes, harvested manually in the first ten days of October and transported in crates to the place of processing. After crushing and destemming, the grapes are softly pressed with careful protection from oxygen. The clearing of the free-run must takes place by natural decanting at low temperature. Following the inoculation of yeasts, a long fermentation begins in refrigerated stainless steel vats. The wine spends several months in refinement on the fine lees.
The wine perfectly expresses the varietal traits of the grape of origin. Refined and pleasant to the taste, it testifies to the uniqueness and vocation of the territory from which it comes.
