Vintage Rosè is a real symphony for the taste buds, the son of Madame Clicquot's initiative and intuition back in 1818; at the origin of the assembly there are the characteristic grapes of Champagne, all coming from the same year of harvest, without the addition of any reserve wine. The result is unparalleled elegance, a refined product that stands out for its softness and structure, as well as for an aging potential of at least 20 years, thanks to the presence of tannins and polyphenols, natural antioxidants.
Tasting Notes
Brilliant and luminous coppery dress, it has hints of blueberries, currants and strawberries on the nose, together with notes of shortcrust pastry, apricot jam, biscuit and citrus peel, on a slightly smoky mineral background. The texture on the palate is silky and enveloping, with great personality and very structured, with a subtle but refreshing acidity, with an intense persistence.
Pairings
Excellent with seafood, grilled shellfish but also for a chic aperitif.
