The Dragon and the Furnace is a Tuscan winery in the heart of the Sienese Chianti, in Colle di Val d'Elsa. It has its roots in a village surrounded by nature - la Fornace - which includes thirty hectares of red and white grape vineyards. The signature wines The Dragon and the Furnace combine the high quality of the product with the design of the label, transforming each bottle into an exclusive piece, capable of capturing the customer's attention.
The Noble of Montepulciano signed The Dragon Made is made with a blend of Sangiovese, Colorino and Canaiolo. It rests for 30 months in small and medium-sized wooden barrels in Slavonian and French oak.

In the glass it is ruby red. On the nose, sensations of withered flowers, undergrowth, warm tones of ripe red fruit, hints of coffee and tobacco emerge. The taste is warm and compact, supported by ripe tannins with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste.
Pairings
Ideal in combination with baked and grilled white and red meats, mushrooms and typical Tuscan recipes.
