The Langhe Nebbiolo di Cordero Montezemolo was born in the municipality of La Morra, in Piedmont, and is strongly linked to this elegant and noble territory. It is produced exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes, harvested manually between the end of September and the beginning of October. Maceration takes place in stainless steel tanks for a duration of 3 - 4 days, fermentation takes place for 10 - 12 days. Subsequently the wine matures in oak barrels and for a further period in the bottle, before being placed on the market.
