The Collio Pinot Bianco Tàlis di Venica was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Dolegna del Collio, in the province of Gorizia. It is produced with pure Pinot Bianco grapes, harvested and left to macerate at a controlled low temperature in containers protected from oxygen. Fermentation and aging take place for a 40% in large wooden barrels, where the wine remains for 5 months, and for the remainder in steel, on its own yeasts.
Tasting Notes
It is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with clear sensations of wildflowers and rennet apples, accompanied by notes of aromatic herbs that develop during aging. On the palate it is balanced, savory and structured.
Pairings
Perfect to accompany fish appetizers and soups, it is ideal in combination with white meats, eggs and non-spicy cheeses.
