Con l’obiettivo di ottenere un vino che potesse rappresentare al meglio la grande potenzialità del vigneto Lazio, la Cantina Falesco ha deciso di puntare sul Syrah, varietà che ha dimostrato di esprimersi particolarmente bene proprio in questa regione. Il Syrah Tellus di Falesco della Famiglia Cotarella è un rosso fresco e profumato, la cui vinificazione avviene in acciaio e la cui maturazione avviene per pochi mesi in barrique di secondo passaggio.
Wine with an intense color with violet reflections, the scent is enhanced by its hints of fresh fruit, cherry with spicy notes that blend with great balance and elegance to those of vanilla and sweets given by the wood. The taste is enveloping, silky, with soft tannins and a rich and persistent finish.
For the whole meal, it goes well with appetizers based on cured meats, with rich first courses based on stuffed pasta, with meat dishes. Try it with a Chianina tartare.
