Intense straw yellow, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is gentle, intense and persistent, with a note of ripe fruit in which hints of bread crust, hazelnut and a variegated floral bouquet can be recognized. Soft, elegant and harmonious, it has remarkable personality, intense fruity notes typical of chardonnay which are combined with beautiful fragrances of yeast.
Splendid throughout the meal, Ferrari recommends pairing it with a large buffalo mozzarella or a classic octopus salad.
