The Trento Brut Riserva DOC is born from the assembly of base wines obtained from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes raised over 600 meters above sea level in the homonymous vineyard. Olfactory and gustatory richness, balance and elegance, are the traits that distinguish this excellent classic method, obtained with a maturation on the lees of 60 months. A high-level sparkling wine that, despite the years, still keeps the typical mountain character alive.
Brilliant straw yellow with golden reflections, endowed with an effervescence with a very fine and interminable grain. Inviting as intense as its olfactory framework, rich and complex with mineral sensations of stone and fresh hazelnuts. Followed by rhythmic and clean citrus notes slightly candied and dehydrated apricot. Elegant and structured taste, with a freshness always in evidence, but the balance of sensations is optimal.
