Spelt Trebbiano d'Abruzzo Superiore is produced in compliance with a philosophy that leaves aside the unbridled use of chemistry and technology, trying to favor more traditional and less invasive practices.
Intense straw yellow, light and bright. The fruit, declined with different nuances, alternates with floral and mineral touches, while on the finish there are also references to aromatic herbs. It enters the mouth with an elegant sip, fresh and savory at the same time, with a particular persistence.
