The most well-known and traditional label of Altemasi is the Millesimato, a Blanc de Blancs Classic Method sparkling wine that has fixed its stylistic signature in the elegance obtained with the long stay on the lees (over 24 months), elegance and lightness combined with the fruity aroma and mineral.
Tasting Notes
Classic Method sparkling wine with persistent foam and very fine-grained perlage. Straw yellow color, with just hints of greenish hues. Complex, very fine, fruity and mineral bouquet with light notes of bread crust. Dry, pleasantly fresh, balanced and well-structured flavor.
