A red vinified in only deep and pleasantly soft steel, rich in continuous and irresistible fruity hints.
The wine has an intense red color with violet reflections. The aroma is intense with elegant notes of red fruits such as black mulberries and plums and aromatic herbs such as rosemary and sage. On the palate it is young and lively, with soft and gentle tannins.
For the whole meal, it goes well with aged pecorino cheese, Mediterranean tuna and forest fruit jams.
