Amiable companion of the dessert, it is obtained only from carefully selected Chardonnay grapes. Over 36 months on the lees for a sparkling wine of great finesse, which stands out for that note of brioche on the nose and vanilla in the mouth, elegant and enveloping like a refined silk scarf.
Sparkling straw yellow and persistent perlage. The nose is rich from an aromatic point of view, offers sensations of exotic fruit, custard and almond biscuit. On the palate it is round and creamy. The closure of the sip leaves a trail of sweetness reminiscent of ripe yellow fruit with a touch of vanilla, balanced by a pleasant freshness. The marked softness is the result of the greater dosage of sugars.
Ideal for the end of a meal and desserts, it is recommended to try it with a strawberry cake or with fruit and vanilla tarts.
