Ferments in French oak barrels with a maceration on the skins for twenty days. Marisa Cuomo's Costa d'Amalfi Ravello Rosso Riserva is subsequently raised in new French oak barrels, where it rests for at least twelve months. Soft and balanced, at the same time it does not give up showing its true backbone, composed of a pleasant freshness and important mineral, savory, brackish and Mediterranean veins.
