Biancolella di Casa D'Ambra comes from the vineyards arranged on the slopes that go from the west to the east of the island of Ischia. It is mainly produced with Biancolella grapes, to which grapes of the Forastera, San Lunardo and Uva Rilla varieties are added. The vinification takes place traditional in white, in controlled temperature conditions for the entire duration of the fermentation.
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow in color, it expresses intense hints of yellow fruits on the nose, accompanied by elegant floral hints. In the mouth it is dry and voluminous, with a pleasantly almond finish.

Ideal in the company of fish-based dishes and delicate cheeses.
