The great classics of La Tunella are obtained from international vines vinified in purity respecting the elegance and finesse of these varieties. Harvested at the right degree of ripeness, part of the de-stemmed and crushed grapes are softly pressed; the other part, on the other hand, is previously subjected to cryomaceration at 4 ° C for about 36 hours. The must thus obtained is statically cold decanted and subsequently added with a fermentation foot previously prepared with the best selected grapes of the same vine. It is then subjected to a slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a strictly controlled temperature which lasts for about 30-40 days. The maturation continues in steel tanks where a long series of bâtonnage at a scalar frequency also takes place, in order to obtain a complex, structured and delicately perfumed wine. The new vintages are proposed the spring following the harvest.
Tasting Notes
Intense straw yellow more intense during aging. Fragrant and fruity aroma reminiscent of small ripe tropical fruits, pineapple and white flowers. The taste is noble and elegant, slender-bodied, rightly lively thanks to its good freshness

Excellent as an aperitif or paired with lean appetizers, soups and broths, egg and fish dishes.
