Aglianico del Vulture par excellence, the Synthesi della cantina Paternoster è un esempio di struttura e longevità per i vini provenienti dai territori di origine vulcanica. Vendemmia di solo Aglianico intorno alla metà di ottobre, è frutto di una vinificazione tradizionale in rosso con macerazione sulle bucce per 10 giorni. Matura in botte di rovere di Slavonia e per una piccola parte in barrique di rovere francese. Dopo l’assemblaggio effettua un ulteriore affinamento di 7-8 mesi in bottiglia.
It shines in a bright ruby red color in the glass. The aroma is intense and vibrant, with deep and well-sculpted hints of blueberry, blackberry and pepper, on a background of undergrowth. The taste is harmonious and dry, more velvety with the passage of time.
