This line collects typical South Tyrolean wines, vinified in the traditional way, white and red; that tell of a particular microclimate and our land. After a careful harvest by hand, the grapes are vinified in steel, except for the red berried ones. Varietal typicality, cleanliness and drinkability are the common characteristics of these wines. They offer genuine and authentic pleasure with excellent value for money.
This renowned vine prefers the highest altitudes giving the best of itself up to 900 meters above sea level. Müller Thurgau convinces with a fruity aroma as well as lively acidity.
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow with clear greenish reflections, the nose expresses an aromatic charge immediately attributable to the varietal. Notes of hay and nutmeg flank hints of yellow-fleshed fruit before a fresh and balanced taste. Characterized by an excellent balance, with an excellent vein of acidity, it closes with a clear fruity aftertaste for an excellent cleansing finish.
Pairings
Easy to interpret wine that is suitable as an aperitif or to enhance appetizers. Its truly fine fruity notes make it the ideal partner for soups such as pea soups with ricotta pralines, asparagus and light fish dishes such as char.
