Tasting Notes

Intense red color, with garnet shades. The typical notes of plum, cherry and morello cherry stand out on the nose, followed by tea leaf, licorice and spices. On the palate, hints of red berry fruit, sweetened by soft notes of spices, in perfect balance with acidity and tannin.

Pairings

Perfect in combination with game, braised or traditional meat dishes, stews, baked lasagna, cheese gnocchi, but also with the great classic of Venetian cuisine which are bigoli with duck sauce.
