Dal famoso cru del Comune di Barolo conosciuto come Cannubi, a circa duecento metri di altezza, nasce un rosso di grande classe, capace di esprimere tutta l’innata eleganza propria del territorio, perfettamente interpretato dai Poderi Luigi Einaudi grazie alla lunga esperienza iniziata negli anni cinquanta. Vinificato in acciaio, il Barolo DOCG Cannubi dei Poderi Luigi Einaudi, è vino che matura in botti piccole per un anno ed in botti piccole per un anno e mezzo prima di un ulteriore affinamento in bottiglia.
Garnet red, exuberant in the aromas of fruit and spices, of rare complexity. In the mouth it is of great structure, with a full and velvety flavor and a rich and defined tannic texture. It closes with a grandiose finish for persistence on pleasant notes of tar.
For the whole meal, Barolo dei Poderi Einaudi is a red wine that goes well with main courses of red meat, roasts and braised meats, game or medium-aged cheeses, perhaps at the end of a meal.
