The name underlines the origin of the vine on the slopes of Monte Vulture. Characters such as freshness, fragrance and finesse in the typical aromas of the hills, blend with the sunshine and generosity that are exclusive to the south. A wine that comes from the scrupulous selection in the vineyard of the best grapes, vinified only in steel to preserve the varietal fragrance, with a stay of five months on its lees.
Pale straw yellow with bright greenish reflections. Intense and persistent nose with sensations of small white flowers and fruit. On the palate it is fresh and balanced, with a clean finish.
Excellent as an aperitif, it can be paired with any meal with fish-based preparations. Try it with swordfish morsels with rosemary.
