Characterized by a lively ruby red color, Le Serre Nuove dell'Ornellaia 2019 reveals itself as a wine of great aromatic complexity, a distinctive feature of the vintage. In the glass, aromas of wild berries, blackberry, raspberry, red cherry are released, accompanied by floral hints of wild rose and spicy notes of pink pepper and licorice. When tasted, the wine has a good tannic structure, enveloping and balanced, with a crunchy and savory finish.
Perfect in combination with the second preparations of the land cuisine, it goes very well with dishes based on noble poultry or feathered game. Try it with the chicken in red wine.
