Brunello CastelGiocondo comes from a very rigorous selection of Sangiovese grapes only with a scrupulous respect for all the characteristics necessary to enhance this ancient vine. Thus, after a slow aging both in barrique and in large cask, a wine of great structure, elegant, balanced, with intense aromas and great finesse is born. A wine of infinite nuances. Tasting Notes

Its color is intense and lively ruby red. Its large bouquet is extremely elegant; the nose is initially pervaded by fruity sensations. The aromas of small berries and ripe red fruits predominate accompanied by an elegant floral note. Leaving it open, spicy scents and a balsamic hint are released, making it extremely balanced and complex. In the mouth it reveals a dense and elegant tannic texture which, together with its characteristic mineral sensation, envelops the palate and impresses with its harmony. The finish is long, warm and persistent, with the return of the sweet and balsamic spicy components.

Perfect to accompany red and braised meats, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
