The dosage is 6 g / l. Tasting Notes

Gold; fine and persistent perlage. The nose is rich and beautifully complex; there are hints of ripe fruit, notes of almond paste and hints of candied citrus. On the palate it is fine, mineral, velvety and with a pleasant saline persistence.

Pairings

Excellent in combination with shellfish and raw fish, it is pleasantly versatile.
