Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is one of the most prestigious Champagnes in the world, often indicated by the French themselves as the highest expression of the production area, also thanks to a very ancient history that makes the Ruinart house one of the most renowned Maison in France.

Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is a 100% Chardonnay, grown between the territories of Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims, only from Premiers Crus. This grape variety is the true soul of this champagne, which perfectly reflects its harmony. Almost both the quintessence of the Maison, which basically bases its production on these grapes for all the most important blends. Each operation is meticulously and scrupulously carried out in a workmanlike manner, from harvest to vinification. The 20 / 25% of the blend consists of Chardonnay reserves from the two previous vintages. The bottles are stored in the spectacular gypsum cellars, the crayères, which reach up to 25 meters underground and spend 36 months on the lees

Tasting Notes

Characterized by a golden yellow color, with green reflections. The nose opens with an intense fruity bouquet, with hints of white peach and citrus, enriched by pleasant floral aromas. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh and balanced, with a round and silky finish.

Perfect to accompany seafood and crustaceans, it is ideal in combination with raw fish.
