Tasting Notes

Brilliant straw yellow to the eye, with fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it dispenses fragrant and fruity hints, among which white peach, hawthorn and acacia stand out, enriched by pleasant notes of vanilla and brioche. On the palate it offers an elegant and delicate sip, with good freshness and persistence.

Ideal to open on a special occasion, it goes well with starters based on seafood, shellfish or fish.
