Prima del 1968 era praticamente impossibile trovare uno Champagne rosé non millesimato, fin quando il visionario Bernard de Nonancourt lanciò questo Champagne Brut Cuvée Rosé – Laurent-Perrier. Combinando una vivace freschezza con un morbido carattere vinoso, riposa almeno per quattro anni sui propri lieviti. È distribuito nella sua ormai celebre e riconoscibile bottiglia dalle generose linee curve, che lo ha reso famoso in tutto il mondo.
Bright salmon pink with fine and persistent perlage. Straightforward and very fresh on the nose, reminiscent of strawberries, raspberries, currants, blackberries and morello cherries. The taste is lively and still fruity, slightly sharp in the opening and gently rounded in the finish.
Ideale per l’aperitivo, può essere usato per accompagnare salmone affumicato o prosciutto pata negra.
