All the white cuvées of the Maison Laurent-Perrier are dominated by bunches of chardonnay, and it could not be otherwise for this Champagne Brut Nature Blanc de Blancs, produced only and exclusively with the best grapes of the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. The result is a bubble with a strong but delicate character at the same time: a Champagne that you will find perfect to uncork together with a nice plate of grilled squid, perhaps during a romantic evening.

Tasting Notes

Delicate straw yellow to the eye, with a subtle and long-lasting perlage. The nose opens offering mineral and citrus notes, followed by the inevitable references to yeasts, pastry and bread making. The sip is balanced and fresh, citrus like the nose and of excellent length.

Pairings

To be chosen with white meats, molluscs or fish, you will find it excellent with grilled squid.
