The elegant bronze reflections are given by the intense depth of the red wine used in the cuvée. The nose is delighted by the nobility of aromas reminiscent of small red fruits, currants, cherries and wild strawberries. There are pleasant spicy nuances. In the mouth it is persistent and lively, with light tannic notes that refer to its vinous character. The perlage is fine and particularly velvety on the palate.
Masterfully accompanies Japanese or lightly spiced Asian cuisine. It can be enjoyed with fruit-based desserts. Try it with grilled lobster.
