From thousandth to thousandth, the domaine Michel Furdyna only confirms the quality and seriousness of his work. Champagne Brut Rosé de Saignée is a nectar obtained exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes. A cuvée from a small producer that presents an excellent compromise between quality and price.

Tasting Notes

Intense pink with persistent perlage. The nose is expressed with hints of currant and wild strawberries, notes of violets and wild roses and hints of minerals. On the palate it is fine, fresh and pleasantly lively.

Pairings

Throughout the meal, it is excellent in combination with fish appetizers. Impeccable with a vegetarian tempura.
