The Rosé declination of the Brut Yellow Label, of which it possesses the structure and innate elegance. The intensity of the pinot noir that dominates and distinguishes the style of the Maison, the delicacy of the chardonnay, the roundness of the touch of pinot meunier. The reserve wines (between 25% and 35%, sometimes up to 40%) guarantee the continuity of the style of the Maison. To this base the Chef de Cave has added an assembly of red wines from selected black grapes to give a wonderful balance to this Rosé with a unique character.

Tasting Notes

Coral pink, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals aromas of raspberry, wild strawberry and cherry that evolve towards notes of dried fruit and pastry. In the mouth the attack is fresh, decisive, of great harmony. Refined, it closes with a finish of great intensity and persistence.

Pairings

Throughout the meal, it goes well with rich dishes of stuffed pasta, preferably seafood. Flawless with a vegetarian tempura.
