Il Rosé Vintage di Pol Roger nasce nel cuore della Champagne Ardenne. Esempio di sensualità e armonia, elementi da sempre distintivi nello stile Pol Roger, è un vino romantico, seducente ed elegante, nonché l’unico rosé della Maison. È prodotto al 60% da uve Pinot Noir e al 40% da uve Chardonnay; questo assemblaggio, proveniente dal Grand Cru della Montagne di Reims, rende questo champagne intenso e complesso.
In the glass it has an intense and deep pink color. The nose opens with a bouquet of ripe red fruits, enriched by hints of wild berries. On the palate it is seductive and refined, it gives sweet aromas of strawberry and vanilla on the finish.
Ideal to serve during sushi and light fish aperitifs, it goes perfectly with fruit desserts.
