The Champagne Première Cuvée Rosé Brut by Bruno Paillard, obtained from pinot noir grapes, with a small percentage of chardonnay, rests on the lees for at least 36 months, revealing, from the first taste, its sweet soul. Smooth and slender, it will certainly not disappoint your expectations.
Intense pink; fine and persistent perlage. The nose is expressed with hints of currant and wild strawberries, notes of violets and wild roses and hints of minerals. On the palate it is fine, fresh and pleasantly lively.
Excellent in combination with fish appetizers, it is ideal to accompany sushi and sashimi.
