Tasting Notes

Very bright golden yellow, with dense and continuous perlage, it has a very fine nose that opens into a fruity range of blackberries, plums and a touch of pineapple. Dry and delicately savory on the palate, with a long citrus persistence.

Very versatile, throughout the meal. It goes well with a platter of cold cuts and cheeses. Ideal with fish appetizers, shellfish and raw fish.
