The Chianti Classico Perano estate born from the possessions of the Frescobaldi winery located near Gaiole in Chianti, one of the historic production municipalities of the Chianti Classico appellation. The wine has a beautiful bright purple color and a wide and clean bouquet of aromas, prelude to a sip where the tannic structure makes the drink vibrate, always satisfying. A label with which you are not mistaken, discovering the tradition of the Chianti terroir.
A Chianti Classico that comes from Sangiovese grapes, enriched by the presence of other small percentages of red berried varieties admitted by the production disciplinary. The vineyards in which these varieties grow surround the gentle hills of Gaiole in Chianti, about 500 meters above sea level, with a southern and southwestern exposure. The vines have a particular shape, which recalls that of an amphitheater, thus guaranteeing perfect insolation and concentrating the heat in the land. After destemming of the bunches, the grapes start pressing. After vinification, the wine matures for two years in steel containers and in barriques, until the Marchesi de 'Frescobaldi winery begins bottling operations.
