A love that began seventy years ago that today still continues to bear fruit, as demonstrated by this "Ronco Bernizza", Collio DOC which shows all the passion that Gianni, Giorgio and Giampaolo, the new generation in command of Venica, have towards their land. A pure Chardonnay from which all the characteristics of the varietal emerge, with aromas of exotic fruit mixed with delicate floral touches. The grapes macerate for about 10-12 hours at a temperature of 8-10 ° C in special containers, and then ferment both in steel and - for a 30% of the total mass - in large barrels, and are bottled in the spring following the harvest.

Tasting Notes

In the glass it has a very light golden color. On the nose there are delicate sensations of banana, pineapple, broom, lime and violet. On the palate it is medium-bodied, fresh thanks to the excellent acidic shoulder, with a very smooth sip.

Pairings

An extremely versatile wine, to be consumed throughout the meal. Excellent with soups and baked fish, it is also to be tried with dishes where the egg is the main ingredient; perfect with an anchovy pie.
