Cuvée Voyage has a wonderful clear straw yellow color and a persistent perlage. The nose is fragrant, with notes of white fruit, such as white peach and ripe apple; to the fruity, composite and complex tone, are added memories of pineapple and lemon, but also hints of white flowers and floral notes reminiscent of lime. In the mouth it is savory, fresh and vertical, with a refreshing acidity and solid body but without excess. The finish is harmonious.
Ideal for an aperitif, excellent in combination with fish and shellfish appetizers.
