Dolcetto, historical wine of the ancient Piedmontese winemaking tradition, meets the refinement in steel, to enhance the fragrance and the fruitiness of the fruit, typical of the variety.

Tasting Notes

The wine has a lively ruby red color. The nose is vinous, characterized by notes of flowers and ripe fruit. On the palate it is full and harmonious with a pleasant almond aftertaste.

Pairings

For the whole meal, it is the most classic Piedmontese table wine, to be combined with appetizers and not too seasoned cheeses.
