Tasting Notes

Straw yellow in color with golden reflections, it presents an elegant bouquet of fruit (golden apples) with delicate citrus and Mediterranean herbs (broom) hints, followed by mineral nuances of flint. On the palate it is enveloping, fresh and savory, with a marked minerality and persistence; a white wine that shows great finesse and complexity.
