Tenuta Montenisa is located in the heart of Franciacorta, around the Borgo di Calino. The estate cultivates the varieties that are traditionally best suited to the production of Franciacorta: Chardonnay, with a typical aroma with floral and fruity notes, Pinot Noir, capable of giving structure and personality, Pinot Bianco, savory and mineral. The grape harvest is done manually, with a careful selection of the bunches.
Soft pressing takes place with modern pneumatic presses. Marchese Antinori Blanc de Blancs is produced from the best Chardonnay grapes and in some cases a small percentage of Pinot Bianco, for an elegant cuvée with a refined freshness.
It has a pale yellow color, with a creamy froth and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is fragrant and immediate, with floral and fruit notes that recall apple and white-fleshed peach. On the palate it is characterized by its vivacity and freshness accompanied by a good balance and a marked elegance.
Ideal for appetizers, aperitifs or fish-based first courses. Its marked elegance also makes it perfect for a pleasant after dinner.
