Brilliant straw yellow, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals beautiful notes of pineapple, almonds, citrus fruits and toasted bread. Fresh, perfectly balanced and very pleasant. A savory note accompanies it to a slightly fruity finish, very elegant.
Excellent as an aperitif, the Brut di Gatti is an ideal sparkling wine to accompany rich appetizers and fish first courses. Couscous with clams.
