A Franciacorta Brut DOCG that celebrates a sporting moment, that is the 90th anniversary of the work of Baron Edoardo Pizzini, who, in 1927, dedicated himself to the construction of the "Golf Club Di Franciacorta", a facility that still has considerable importance in terms of only national. A product with a soft sip, where the aromas make their way with delicate notes. The Chardonnay grapes, to which a pinch of Pinot Noir is added, ferment in heat-conditioned steel tanks, and then mature, again in steel tanks, for 6 months; the refinement takes place in the bottle for about 20-30 months on the lees. A high quality label, dedicated to all lovers of Italian bubbles and to those who make golf their reason for living.
In the glass it has a beautiful straw yellow color, with a perlage characterized by a fine and persistent grain. Floral and fruity aromas emerge on the nose, enlivened by light mineral and bread crust touches. On the palate it is enveloping, elegant, delicate, with a fresh and well-structured sip.
Ideal to uncork during formal and elegant aperitifs, where it pairs with great satisfaction with cured meats, cold cuts and aged hard cheeses. Also excellent with seafood pasta, such as spaghetti with clams, it gives its best with a delicious tuna tartare.
