Pale straw yellow, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals hints of aromatic herbs and a beautiful mineral trail. On the palate it is fresh, creamy, pleasantly savory.
Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal with raw seafood or elegant cured meats such as Culatello di Zibello.
