A label signed by Domaine Brunely, a blend of Grenache and Mourvèdre for a wine that must be savored with taste, down to the last drop. The grapes macerate by fermenting for a long time, for a period between 25 and 35 days, at a controlled temperature. At the end of the vinification, the wine is first left to rest in barrique for 18-24 months, and then, after bottling, to further mature in glass for another semester. Round and energetic, with a finely sculpted tannic texture, which conquers the palate not only of all wine lovers of the French Rhone Valley, but also the applause of the main international critics.
Tasting Notes
In the glass it shows an intense ruby red color. The aromas that envelop the nose are typically fruity, also presenting touches that recall the blackberry and blueberry jam. On the palate it is full-bodied, round on the palate, with a powerful sip with balanced tannins, which lengthen the finish.
Pairings
It finds its gastronomic consecration in combination with red meat main courses, also prepared with spicy recipes, such as with a good Moroccan-style beef tagine.
